Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator (part-time)
The Big Quiz Thing, America’s premier provider of corporate and private trivia events, is looking for a new Marketing Coordinator. We need someone to help take our dynamic interactive events to the next level of business success via market research, production of promo materials, and analysis of sales data and KPIs. The ideal candidate will help us continue to satisfy our current clients, and initiative efforts to attract new ones. 
• Designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in partnership with CRM team and SEO/Ad Buy team
• Monitoring our current sales, and marketing-focused analysis tools, and advising staff accordingly
• Identifying and analyzing competition
• Light graphic design utilizing current templates (Photoshop preferred)
• Crafting clear, engaging, and energetic marketing copy 
• Organizing promotional activities for new products/services
• Preparing (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts 
• Email blast design and management
• Liaise with advertising firm in reviewing ad spend reports and effectiveness
Requirements and Skills
• Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator, or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM techniques
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and web analytics
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS software. (Knowledge of Keap and Wicked a plus.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, for both internal and external uses
• Basic graphic design skills
